Mr. Leach joined MSouth in 2008. Prior to this, he spent three years as a Senior Analyst at Croft & Bender, LLC in the investment banking division with a focus on sell-side M&A transactions for middle market companies. During his tenure at Croft & Bender, LLC, Mr. Leach had broad exposure to various industries including manufacturing, distribution, business services and consumer products. Mr. Leach is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business where he received his B.B.A. in Finance.
