Mr. Hauser joined MSouth in 2011. Prior to joining MSouth, Mr. Hauser was most recently employed by Genstar Capital, a middle market private equity firm with $3.0 billion of capital, where he focused on identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities in business services, financial services and industrial technology sectors. Prior to Genstar Capital, Mr. Hauser worked at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Mr. Hauser is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business where he received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
